Certification and qualifications

Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.  Extensive training and experience in General Surgical Pathology, Dermatopathology, Genitourinary, Liver and Gastrointestinal Pathology, Immunoperoxidase staining, and all areas of Clinical Pathology.

Current: LMC Medical Staff Chief of Pathology, 1 January 2012-present; Director of LMC Pathology & Lab. Medicine 1 July 2013-present, having been interim Director of AP much of 2012; & Associate Pathologist with Pathology Associates of Lexington, P. A. @ Lexington Medical Center (LMC), West Columbia, SC, since 1 July 2009. John became Treasurer of S. C. Society of Pathologists & pathologist delegate to the SCMA in 2011. He became a member of The Lexington Medical Center Foundation Board of Directors June 2012-present.
