Here is an example [S09-640] from oral mucosa of erosive lichen planus which may include an overlap with another process causing the positive tissue (not serum) ANA. The granular, light green ovals are oral mucosal squamous epithelial nuclei. You may be able to see the faint orange color of the cellular cytoplasm. (back to DIF case list)
